I not only advertise your home on these sites, I PAY EXTRA to have ALL of my listings “Enhanced” and “Featured” on the front of the search screen with all of the photos of your home as well.  Instead of being 7 pages back when people are searching, you are on

The FRONT page because your listing is “Featured”.  You get at least 5x more views of your property. My listings on Zillow.com currently are getting 166% more views than the average realtor’s listing in Massachusetts. THERE IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE between featured and non-featured listings.  Most sellers don’t know this secret.

 

I have also purchased zip codes with Zillow.com and Trulia.com in most all the surrounding towns, so when a buyer is searching for a home in a zip code I purchased, my contact information will show up beside all the photos of homes that are NOT featured like mine,…..so I get calls on every other realtors listings as well as my own.
